Porsche Hannon
Porsche has worked with Dr. Refai since 2002. Throughout this time she has obtained great knowledge of every aspect of the office. She works diligently to be sure that all predetermination requirements are met for our patients and procedures and handles any problems that may occur accordingly. She makes sure that claims are resubmitted when necessary to ensure that your insurance company has rightfully fulfilled their obligations. She is responsible for accounts receivables and obtaining payments payable to the clinic. She handles FMLA and short-term/long-term disability, so that there is no problem with your place of employment during your time of recovery.

Dawn Culp
Dawn has worked with Dr. Refai since 2004 as a medical assistant. Her duties include triaging patients, drawing labs, performing PVR's (Peripheral Vascular Resistance test) and also assist in multiple procedures. She is very enthusiastic and is loved by her patients.

Joely Harry
Joely has 18 years experience as an R.N. She joined our staff in 2009. She has worked in critical care and emergency nursing as well as nursing administration and occupational health.

Tonya Caudle
Tonya has been with our office since 2007 as our lead sonographer. She has 7 years ultrasound experience and is highly credentialed. RDMS (AB, OB) and RVT.

Lisa White
Lisa has ten years experience in customer service and has dedicated the past two years to helping our patients feel at home. She has a loving husband, two beautiful daughters and is extremely active in her church.

Paige Butler
recently joined our staff as a CRNP and has 10 years experience in the medical field. She is bright, energetic and we are proud to welcome her.

Anjanette Jenkins
Anjanette has worked with Dr. Refai since 1996. She is our receptionist/scheduler. She is responsible for scheduling patients for other physician consults, outside tests and procedures. Angie makes sure that pre-certification for outside tests are taken care of in a timely manner. She is careful to assure that each patient is dealt with using courtesy and care.

Montresea Spivey
Montresea joined our staff in 2006. She has worked in the medical field since 1988. She completed the LPN program in 1997 and is a LRT (Licensed Respiratory Therapist). She assists Dr. Refai with the EVLA procedure and schlerotherapy and is cross trained throughout the office.

Judy Martin
Judyis an RN that became a part of our staff in 2009. She had 10 years experience including ICU, OR, ACLS Certified and is trained in NCS (Nerve Conduction Studies) and TCD (Transcranial Doppler).
